1. You choose your own password, limiting its exposure to outside parties and opportunities for theft.

2. We always make a positive identification, either verbally or in writing.

3. As a third layer of security, we issue you a Financial Institution Key for use the first time you access your account. The "key" is a secure password that only works in combination with your personal password, ensuring you're the only one who can access your account information.
